No we are not a hotel but a high quality student
accommodation provider that offers great facilities for reasonable prices.
We accept non students for short stays only.
We have 24-hour reception so just produce your
booking reference and we can take it from there.
You can check in from 15:00 p.m.
You have until 10:30 a.m. to check out.
We provide a full kitchen pack and appliances,
all bedding, towels, tea and coffee, toiletries and a hair dryer.
You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before
arrival. If you decide to cancel within the 14 days before your arrival
date, you will be charged the total price of your booking. Refunds on
cancellations can take up to 28 days to process.
Yes of course, all our guests are very welcome.
We have limited guest parking at Bath and York.

availability.
All our rooms and internal areas are strictly no
smoking. We have a smoking area in the courtyard if you would like to
smoke. If evidence of smoking is found in your room then we may charge
a £50 extra cleaning fee to your card used to make the booking.
As Student Castle is a student accommodation
provider unfortunately we cannot accept any guests under the age of 16.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets into the
accommodation.
We know that accidents happen! If you damage
something then please let us know at reception and we will check it out.
We reserve the right to charge a deposit against damages for some groups
of £50 per person. This is payable at check in.
